11 hours + poll

That's how long I worked last night. I think I'm too old for this. So what am I doing now? Ya, not sleeping! I'm killing time while I wait for lunch with Mother. I'm at the favorite Starschmucks drinking a hazelnut steamer (no caffeine!). I figure I'll be home by about 12pm, and I'll have a little less than 6 hours to sleep before I have to get up and cleaned up for church. Sometimes I'm not smart. How sad is it that I'd rather have lunch with my mama than sleep? I didn't see her for 4 days while I was out of town. Such a mama's girl! I guess that's what happens when you grow up and realize your mother is actually a cool person to hang out with. (And no, I'm not sucking up because I know she sometimes reads this.)

So here is my poll for the masses: do I get back on that damned horse? Do I risk trying to date again? At least this time I know not to aim for the fixer-uppers. If they need work at this point in life, it's something I can't fix! :-)
